what's your workout playlist?
I have been loving working out more and more lately (I know consistency is making it a habit, but getting stronger is where the loving it comes from!) but would love some new playlist suggestions - do you have a favorite on Spotify or Amazon Music? Or just some favorite songs? Lifting mostly with circuit type workouts with some cardio added in too - I think the cardio is where I really need some new tunes

Not gonna lie- I've either been walking listening to an audiobook (just finished The Women by Kristin Hannah- so good) or the new taylor swift album. That's all I've got! lol!

I created a playlist on Amazon Prime Music of classic rock songs that I listen to while working out. Sometimes I listen to a podcast ... guess it really depends how much effort I put into working out - lol. I don't find myself giving it my "all" when I listen to podcasts.

Great idea! I've been either listing to Christian Praise and Worship songs that are on my phone or a podcast when I walk... but I would like other ideas of more "get the blood pumping" songs! I'll be watching this thread!
