Loving my nook

i am SO happy with my decision. I am really loving it! Gabe took it with us today and he even loves it and is asking for one for x-mas. he won't be getting one but he really likes it...LOL i am reading water for elephants now (or i have read the first 2 pages because i NEED to be studying for yet another test).

yep! also - see if your local library has downloadable books. that's where i get a lot of my reads.

our local library doesn't but our state one does. i just need to get a state library card sometime.

I love mine as well . . . but my DH just gave me his "hand-me-down" iPad, so I'll probably be using it most of the time instead - IF I can figure out how to get it all switched over!

Nook Color here and I love love love it!! Even my 4 yr old grandson loves it. He calls himself a nook kid and enjoys the books that read to him, lol!

I am totally addicted to mine too! Make sure you catch Free Fridays and Barnes & Noble. You can find out what the book is by becoming friends with the Nook on facegroup or by checking on your Nook on Fridays (but for some reason, that feature doesn't update well on mine).

I get my B&N emails about the free book on Saturdays, so it's not too late for you to check out this week's book. I never get the email on "Free Friday".

You can join the Nook facebook group and then just check the post on Fridays. The button on the bottom that says "the daily" also tells you what the free fridays book is.
