redbox problem

has anyone ever had this problem? We rented redbox movies and played them in our bedroom tv which is a dvd built in. it now won't play anymore redbox movies but will play other movies fine. we rented a wii game from redbox and now it won't play other game discs. is this a coincidence?? I am really upset about it. we had just bought a new wii game to play while our foreign exchange student was here and now the wii won't work. UGH!
