pinterest help

okay, so I just (yes, I know! Shhh! lol) signed up for Pinterest. But, it started me out following several different people. I click on unfollow & it still keeps me following them! Any ideas how to get rid of them?

haha... so we become unintentional stalkers or something.... It does freak me out a liitle when I pin something and the number of followers jumps a lot.
