Default going absolutely INSANE!!! please help - vistaprint 2 sided xmas cards

So I have my card all finished. I want to do a vertical 5x7 two-sided card. But I can't get the stupid 2nd page to work! I upload the front side just fine - click next and I'm taken to a page that has a greeting and a little bitty box for you to upload a pic to. I need a full empty page! I've spent the last hr trying to figure this stupid site out. I'm pulling my hair out here! Any help would be appreciated!!

(for what's it's worth - I did the 4x8 two sided card last year thru visitaprint - don't remember it being this much of a hassle!)

Ok just going off memory...when I did mine a few weeks ago I think I had to upload it in that little box and then you can resize it once it's on there to fill the whole backside.

Ok just went in to edit mine and see if that worked and it did. Once you upload you have to click Edit then Resize and then drag it out to make it larger.

If you're uploading an image, make sure it fits these specs:

Full Bleed Size (starting document size)
7.28" x 4.72"
185mm x 120mm
2185 x 1417 pixels
* Finished artwork should use the full bleed dimensions for best results.

Document Trim Size (final size after being cut)
7.17" x 4.61"
182mm x 117mm
2150 x 1382 pixels
* Please be sure to keep all text within the safe margin.

I just spent a good 10 minutes trying to figure out why my 5x7 PS document was getting cropped weird.

They have layered templates that you can DL at Vistaprint - it has lines for the bleed and margins and stuff on sep layers so you can see what will/might get cut off.
