omg the amount of times I read the title just to be sure hahahaha. omg LOL.

This recipe admittedly is the first thing that shows up on google when searching but it's really good!

https://www.pressurecookrecipes.com/...ot-roast-beef/

I also use one of those little seasoning pouches when I make it.

the instant pot and air fryer are such time savers for me. Our oven broke earlier this year and we can only use the stove.. we haven't figured out what kind of oven to get yet because I'm still mad about the fact this one broke after only a few years.

ps. i highly recommend using the web extension "copy me that" for recipes. All you have to do is click it when you're on a page with a recipe and it will the recipe to the site for you - no skimming through endless text trying to just get to the recipe.

gosh, I don't know... I'm not a big roast beef person, but I love beef tips made into Stroganoff... browned, then thrown into the slow cooker. I also love burgundy roast made into shredded beef... but I get the roast already seasoned from our local grocery store... I wish there was a recipe to marinate it myself.

I’m on my phone…if that link doesn’t work, I’ll edit it from my computer in a little while.

Allen has his own pot roast recipe and his own beef stew recipe. I love them both but mostly during the colder months.

Our air fryer took a dump after only like a year or so too. We ended up getting a new one pretty soon, because I can't live without it now.

It was our kitchen oven that broke BUT our Air fryer does have a recall (i don't think it was super serious but i don't know lol).. the only thing is we have to get our oven first because in order to get the air fryer replacement you have to prove that you cut the cord from it.. I don't want to be without both an oven AND an air fryer LOL

We enjoy roast at least a few times a month. The way I prepare it is super simple .... I throw it in the crockpot with a can of AuJus, salt & pepper and Lawry's (to taste) and let it cook on slow for 6 or 7 hours. After cooking in the crockpot, I add potatoes, onions and carrots and pop it in the oven for another hour or so. Easy peasy and such a good comfort food meal!

We do our roast in the crockpot like this.

1 (4 lb) beef roast, any kind
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package brown gravy mix, dry
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dried Italian salad dressing mix
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package ranch dressing mix, dry
1⁄2 cup water

Place beef roast in crock pot.
Mix the dried mixes together in a bowl and sprinkle over the roast.
Pour the water around the roast.
Cook on low for 7-9 hours

I bet we have the same air fryer. I keep putting it off, too. I can't go 6 weeks without it waiting for a replacement!!!

Growing up, roast beef & mashed potatoes was my favorite thing to eat in the whole world! I still love it. I like to really get a good sear on my roast on the stove top, then transfer to a crock pot and let it go low & slow for a while. I will add onions or a GF French onion soup mix, some red wine or balsamic vinegar, and lots of salt & pepper. I love gravy- I could eat it like soup--so I make sure there is plenty of flavor in those juices to make lots of it!

A roast of any kind, crockpot, about 1/4C water (warm if the roast is frozen), Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and Keg Steak spice. Cook on low for 7-9 hours.

I do the exact same with a pork loin roast (our favourite)

I have what people call a ‘South African’ recipe as only the SA’s seem to make it. It’s super easy and delicious.

Heat oven to 180c/360f

Upto 2kg beef bola

3/4 of a 1litre bottle of Coca Cola
About half a cup of bbq sauce
About 3/4 cup tomato sauce (ketchup)
2-3 tablespoons onion soup.

Mix all sauce ingredients together
Place beef in cooking bag and pour sauce over.
Seal bag and poke a few holes in it with a sharp knife.

Cook for about 21/2 hours
Remove from oven and let rest for ten minutes

Remove beef from bag and slice.
Pour sauce over.
Eat immediately/later on when reheated or freeze for later.
Delicious and soft.

Definitely one of our faves and super easy to make.

Sorry for not translating 1litre as I have no idea what it is in ounces etc

We did roast beef tonight. I keep it simple. I put a roast in the crock pot. I put Lipton Onion/Mushroom soup mix on it with garlic, pepper, salt, onion powder, beef broth and water....Let cook for 6 to 8 hours!

We like to buy the simmering short ribs from Coscto and I found the recipe on the internet. They turn out amazing.
- lightly salt and pepper the meat and place in a lightly greased pan.
- combine and whisk seasonings in about 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (I put garlic seasoning, italian and smoked paprika on mine)
- rub the seasoning mix well into the meat and cover the pan with a double layer of aluminum foil
- place in a 300 degree oven and cook for 2 1/2 hours.
Easy peasy!

Crockpot Recipe:
2-3 lb roast
1 pkg. Au jus mix
1 small jar banana peppers

Put roast in crock pot, top with Au Jus mix and then pour jar of banana peppers on top, juice and all. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. It is so easy and so yummy!

I highly recommend spicy V-8 or zin zang Bloody Mary mix instead of any water.
It adds flavor and spice and color, but not too-too much salt. Just a little can in your Insta pot or crock pot makes all the difference in the world. Freeze any leftover into cube holders and add to practically anything.

To me, the most important part comes in when you are browning the roast before slow cooking it. You need a good base of seasoning and a good oil or grease. I 100% think bacon fat makes the best taste for the sear, and will flat out refuse to use vegetable oil.

If the roast was larger, my mother would cook it at low temp in the oven for hours. It came out perfect every time. I wish she was here to have the recipe for that for sure but I think she cooked it at 190 degrees. Possibly cooking that method can be looked up online.

To make awesome roast beef dishes, start by choosing the right cut. For sandwiches, go for tender cuts like eye of round, top round, or bottom round. For brisket, choose a whole packer brisket or a trimmed flat cut. Prime rib, known for its tenderness and marbling, is great for special occasions. Season the meat generously with salt, pepper, and any desired spices. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. If you want more flavor, marinate it overnight with herbs and liquids like red wine or soy sauce.

For oven roasting, preheat to the recommended temperature and place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan. Cook until desired doneness, using a meat thermometer to check. For brisket, slow cook or smoke it at a low temperature until tender and easy to pull apart. For a classic roast beef sandwich, season eye of round and roast until medium-rare. Let it rest, then slice thinly and serve on bread with your choice of sauce. For smoked brisket, rub it with a spice blend and smoke at a low temperature until the internal temperature reaches 195?F. Rest, then slice across the grain. For prime rib roast, season generously, roast at high heat for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature until desired doneness. Rest and slice before serving.

Adjust cooking times and temperatures based on the size of the meat, and use a meat thermometer to ensure it's cooked to your liking. Enjoy your delicious roast beef creations! You can visit zalgo text generator for more its practical demo.
