Weekly Weigh-In: March 23 - 29
Only a couple days late this week...getting better.
How's everyone doing this week?? So, I started a new program last Monday. Sortof a cleanse/clean eating type program for 21 days. Weighed in this morning and was SHOCKED to see that I'm down 7 lbs!! Holy cow!! I did step up the workouts this week as well, but I was't expecting such a big number. Of course then I go straight to "damn, if I hadn't gained so much weight recently I'd be that much closer to my goal"...just have to keep telling myself it's 7 lbs in the right direction. Hope y'all are doing great!
