Weekly Weigh-In: March 9 - 15
I'm SO sorry I totally forgot to post this last week.
How's everyone doing this week. I had a really bad week with the confidence level. Back up to where I started from a month ago. Back up on the horse, right?

I'm back on the weight loss game. Started a week ago and stepped on the scale today and I am down 4.2 lbs. It feels so good to be doing WW again.

Hey!
Well, I have my official mid-contest weigh-in on Wednesday. I've been weighing at home unofficially all along, but they don't care what my home scale says. LOL I'm hoping for at least 15lbs lost. I *think* that's realistic, but I could be way off base. We'll find out on Wed! I've made some changes to my diet this week and upped the exercise, so I'm hoping that these things will help me see a change here soon. I don't FEEL like I look any different, but when I was watching my workout video that I put on youtube today, I appeared stronger than I was when we first started. So, at least I've got that going for me. LOL You've got this, Laura! Have a great week!! |
