Weekly Weigh-In: March 30 - April 5
What's this? I'm on time this week? Woah!
I can't believe it's already April! It'll be summer before we know it and I'm determined to be able to wear tank tops and shorts! I don't weigh in again until Monday, so I'm not sure how I'm doing on my 2nd week of this 21-day program. I know I've struggled a bit and haven't exercised as much as I should have. But, I still have two days before weigh in, so I'm gonna try to work my butt off til then. Having some issues with my right knee though, so it's making it difficult to do much cardio. :/ How'd everyone do this week?

Hey!
Sounds like you're in a groove with your program. I can't wait to hear how it goes for you! Are you still seeing the trainer? Is that getting any easier? I've got just under 2 weeks left of this contest, and I can't WAIT for it to be over. My "diet" won't stop there, but I'm so ready to have a more realistic approach to long-term health and weight-loss. |

Weigh stayed the same for me this week, was PMS'y for the first bit of the week, and then I was laid up a UTI for a few days. Feeling better today, and am back on track!
