Fast advice needed!

Talk about leaving it to the last minute. Our local hardware store is having a family day and they were asking for a girl to dress up in their dog suit and hand out candy etc this Saturday... I of course, rang the lady and said I'd gladly do it. She asked if I wanted to be paid & I said yes, to which she said she had no idea how much is reasonable... I don't either.

I'm meeting her in half an hour and don't know how much to ask for. Its for 4-5 hours. HELP

What is minimum wage there? I would expect that you should at least get that, perhaps more because that costume will be hot to wear for that long, especially if it's during the hot part of the day.

Still haven't sorted it. Was thinking around $50 for the 4 hours work. I think the minimum here is $9.50 but like you said Jade - it's gonna be during the day and a little hot

I would say at least $50, wouldn't think it would be too much to do $75 since that is not gonna be the most comfortable thing.
