Thumbnails
Has anyone had problems with thumbnails just showing the program icon and not the photo of the actual file? I use Artisan (former CM software) and when I reassociated all my templates with the new software, I just get the logo and it's useless for me since I don't know which template is which. I've googled and everything I've read to do has been done without it working. So frustrating!
Anyone have any ideas? I'm using Windows 7.

I don't have your program, but I can help you trouble shoot. When you say you reassociated your templates to the software, what do you mean by that? Do you mean you opened them in the new software? If so, did they save as a different file type?
