My name is Maja, my username "Nixenkind", which means "mermaid's child" in German, and I chose it because I live very close to the ocean. 3) How long have you been scrapping / digi-scrapping? I started scrapping when my first daughter was born which was 10 years ago this month, I switched to digi about 6 months after that, less mess and easier to get in and out of with a small baby. 4) Share your favorite layout from your own gallery! There are too many cute layouts in the gallery so this is the first one that caught my eye that I loved. It reminds me that summer might be on the way sometime! Nikki Owens . . . so yeah, I was really creative by using my first initial and last name. :P 3) How long have you been scrapping / digi-scrapping? I have been scrapbooking for 13 years, I first started Digi Scrapping in 2007 just as something to play with when bored or when I needed a creative boost. 2) What's your name and how did you choose your username? I'm Rachel. I chose my first screen name in the late '90's, and back then many sites still limited you to 8 characters. 2) What's your name and how did you choose your username? My name is Cassie (said like KC) King and I go by KingsQueen82 here. I have the world's best hubby who has treated me like a queen since day 1 and King is our last name so "King's Queen" seemed fitting. 82 is for my birth year b/c I'm really not that original on my own! Lol3) How long have you been scrapping / digi-scrapping? I've been paper scrapping for as long as I can remember but I stumbled across digi scrapping about 2 years ago when I was dabbling with project life--paper style--and discovered digital cards I could print and cut out. We are a military family so frequent moves are a given in our way of life and digiscrapping just works so much better for me! 4) Share your favorite layout from your own gallery! It's really hard to pick a favorite. They're all special to me in one way another because they tell the story of my life and that of my family's but if I had to choose one I think this one is my favorite for the moment!  5) Share your favorite layout from someone else's gallery! It's impossible for me to pick just one favorite. There are so so many talented ladies (and probably a few gentlemen too!) out there. Kjersti is someone who never fails to impress me with her gorgeous layouts. I saw this one today and just oooohhhh'd and aaaaahhh'd over it. Such gorgeous cluster work and her photos are always so beautiful!  6) Early Bird or Night Owl? Definitely night owl! 7) If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? I kinda hate food. I see eating as a necessary evil however if I could only choose one food to hate for the rest of my life I suppose it'd be chicken fajitas ---with sour cream of course!" :P 8) What are you afraid of?I'm a constant worry wart. I worry about everything under the sun and it sometimes affects my ability to enjoy the moment b/c I'm worrying about all the "what ifs" in life. That's something I'm working on to change in myself! I really don't watch tv but the hubs and I do enjoy catching up on Game of Thrones every now and then. I'm a big fan of young adult dystopian novels and I always read the book before I see the movie!10) What are you listening to? Honestly I love love love to travel but of all the places I've been I love it most here in Colorado. If money were no object I'd have myself a little hobby farm with a mountain view and I'd travel the world but always come back home. 14) Who do you admire? Why? I don't have just one person I admire but rather a quality in people that I tend to gravitate towards. I really enjoy the company of positive people. Happy people. People who are quite the opposite of me. Today my 7 year old daughter's jaw dropped when I told her I didn't have internet when I was a kid. In fact. I told her, I didn't have a computer or a cell phone either! She gaped at me for a good minute or two before she grabbed the hair dryer diffuser (that round funny thing you put on the end of the hair dryer) off the wall and put it to her ear and said "ooooohhhh yeah! You had phone like this and they had long curly cords on the wall!" It was just the funniest thing coming from her. I could just see the far off look in her eyes! Lol... 20) Why do you love Sweet Shoppe Designs? In my opinion SSD has the best designers out there and I am continually amazed week after week at what they come up with. Every interaction I've had here, whether it be a store purchase, a gallery comment, in a forum thread, with the designers I CT for, etc, have all been more than pleasant. It's a friendly place to be!

2) What's your name and how did you choose your username? I love in BC and when I chose my name yrs ago "bcgal" was taken so I added two zeros. I've been bcgal00 in many forums/groups online for about 20 years. 3) How long have you been scrapping / digi-scrapping? Paper scrapped for about 8 yrs and then switched to digi a couple of yrs ago. 4) Share your favorite layout from your own gallery! My GD stretching for her dance class. I've been digitally scrapping since February 2003. No, that is not a typo. 4) Share your favorite layout from your own gallery! The baby really cramps my night owl lifestyle. Good thing he's cute. 7) If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Sandwiches. 8) What are you afraid of? Rodents & drowning/being in water that I can't touch the bottom of top the list. Shudder. 9) What's your favorite book / movie / tv show? The Anne of Green Gables books and movies (ONLY the first two movies) are my favorites of all time. I was GUTTED when Jonathan Crombie, who played the male lead in the films, died recently. 10) What are you listening to? I very much admired Kara Tippetts as she navigated her way through terminal cancer while still praising the Lord and counting her blessings every step of the painful way. Let's see... people who don't use their turn signals, when the people in my house leave their dirty dishes and trash everywhere but in the sink/dishwasher or the trash can, when TV shows use the 'add a baby to the show' ploy when the series should just accept having jumped the shark and end already, textspeak, job postings that include cliche adjectives like 'hardworking' and 'go getters' (no kidding!), HR recruiters, my husband's dog (ha!)... 17) If you could be anyone for a day, who would you be and why? I'm Kendall, and apparently I'm not very creative when it comes to choosing user names because mine is just my name and my (former) last name initial. 3) How long have you been scrapping / digi-scrapping? Breaking Benjamin is one of my fave bands, so when picking a username, I just stuck my name in there lol.
