September?
Is anyone interested in picking a book or two to read for September? I could use a good story now that we are being lazy and watching football every Saturday.

There didn't seem to be a ton of interest recently but it could have been because of summer and busy families. I'd love to pick it up and read a book for Sept. What does ev1 want to read? Lemme go check out some previous suggestions

I just finished 11/22/63 by Stephen King and LOVED it. It's a big book, but was such a great story.

I'm definitely interested depending on the pick.
Mary I've got that one on my To Read list. I read my first Stephen King book in years a while back, I forgot how good his books can be. I just read Beautiful Ruins, great book.

I'd definitely be up for The Kitchen House - I've already downloaded the sample to read and actually tried listening to it, but my mind wanders too much.

I just started reading The man from Beijing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Man...Beijing_(novel)) but The Kitchen house is on my to read list, so I'd join in on that one too when I finish my current one

I think we'll go with The Kitchen House. I saw a few girls have it on their to read lists at Goodreads so hopefully we'll have some participation this month! Might take this into October too since we're starting kinda late.
