I'm not huge on pastries. If I had to choose it would depend on what flavor each was. I like peanut butter cookies so I'd choose them over cake or cupcakes but if it was cheesecake then that wins out each time. Lately though I've been craving chips, pretzels, etc.

Not huge fan of cake unless it's cheesecake. Cookies, take em or leave em...but I do love my mom's peanut butter Special K treats (sort of like Rice Krispy treats, but they taste good. LOL)

Oh, cookies for sure! Cake and cupcakes are good, but a dense, chewy chocolate chip cookie is totally worth the splurge!

(Homemade, of course. Store bought cookies are bleh.)
