Default **NEW** 4 Story 6 by LJS Designs

Today Lorie has a new installment of her 4 Story template series. 4 Story 6 templates have beautiful paper pieced backgrounds that are reminiscent of grandmother's quilts. Perfect for showing off the papers of your favorite scrap kit as well as creating a beautiful heirloom layout for your memory album.

I have a question about this template set... on the templates with the triangles & diamonds (?), are the shapes individual or grouped together? I don't feel like what I'm saying is making sense, so I hope you're following me! Do you need to fill each shape, or do you drop one paper & it fills a whole 'set' of shapes?

I believe they are individual shapes where you can put a different paper for each shape. That is the way it looks from the sample pages. If you didn't want to do that though, you could group all the shapes so you only have to place one paper and clip.

I checked both templates and they are both a separate layer for each shape. When I used the diamond template I merged the shapes together because I only wanted to use one paper per color.

They are each on their own layer. For my layout, I clipped them all together because, um . . . .I'm lazy

I'm also lazy, that's why I'm asking Was it easy to tell which shapes grouped together? I love the look of this, but I have a similar template and I nearly lost my mind trying to figure out which layer corresponded to which shape on the template. But I love the way these pages look...so maybe it would be worth it?!
