printer experts

Ok, we need a new printer and i want one that is wireless. we will mainly be printing a lot of paperwork in black and white but i would like a color printer because aaron does use color more than i do. i would really really like a 12x12 printer but that is not a must, just a want. do we want to go with laser (what we have now and love) or just a regular printer? thoughts, help, ideas, anything appreciated!
