be careful! re: orange juice & laptops!
So this morning I spilled o.j. all over my laptop. I am so super pissed at myself! dh did some research for me and I guess o.j. is the worse possible thing to spill on laptops. So right now my lappy is on it's side as I am trying to get the o.j. to drip out. Dh also read to turn off the computer and leave it alone for 3 days. How am I going to survive 3 days without scrapping?! I am hoping to get PS installed on dh's laptop soon (that's what I am typing from).
ugh - fingers crossed that I didn't ruin the laptop and that I can PS installed on his!

oh wow that is not good. Ive never spilled a drink on my computer but I did spill sweet tea on my trackball once which it never worked after that
 That is far less expensive then a laptop though so hope yours recovers!!

Oh noo...hope it's okay...DS spilled a can of Sprite on the table next to DH's laptop this morning..I nearly had heart failure but thankfully the spill didn't reach the lappy. DH would have KILLED me...like dead..like y'all would never hear from me again and be like "i wonder whatever happened to Nikki."

Ugh, I hope it's okay! One of my classmates spilled coffee on my laptop last year. I turned it upside down, turned it off for 3 days, and took it to the university's computer center...they had to replace the keyboard, but the harddrive and mother board were fine. Hopefully yours will be okay!!

I spilled hot cocoa all over this lappy... I dripped it out, and the keys were sticky for about 2 weeks, but then things got better. Works like a charm now.
Then again, it wasn't acidic like orange juice. I hope it works out!

This happened to my sister, she had bought a new macbook pro and her daughter spilled grape juice on it. She had it for 3 months, took it in and basically it is gone, she spent like $2400 on it and it was gone 3 months later.
