It's stuffy and humid here, too.. not as bad as down by you, I'm sure... we had some rain come through a few hours ago...so the temp right now is 77... but it's suppose to build to 89 but end of day.

It's so humid here. Blake wants to play outside but I have absolutely no desire to leave the air conditioned house!

(I just checked to see what the humidity is here...and it's only 63%! I feel like such a wuss since I'm sure it could be a lot worse! Though with the humidity it feels like 91)

Um I think 77 was our LOW last night lol!

Our outside thermometer that's in the shade is right at 101 right now...the heat index is about 6-10 degrees above that. It's so so so humid and we're under a heat advisory. But that's July in the South for ya Only about 3 more months of oppressive heat to go! lol

I think we were at 108 yesterday. Last weekend was 119! The monsoons rolled in for a few days so it's more humid and the temp lowered a bit. Our lows at night are only in the mid 80's. I can't wait for fall!

it says 88 here but it feels so much hotter then that. Of course it also said the low was 78 so Im not sure I can rely on my little weather reporting app. I did just hear thunder so that might account for the lower temps. probably fixin to rain

It is cold and rainy here, like it was yesterday and probably tomorrow too.
It is good that I have to work one more week before my vacations starts. I don't mind working in such bad weather. Hopefully we get some hot weather here or at least no more rain and cold when my vacation starts the upcoming weekend!

OMG and I was wasted because it was 32 degrees Celsius (90 degrees Fahrenheit) here today! I see it's still a very cool place when compared to yours.

Luxembourg has a nice 20C (77F) and, of course, rain is forecasted. But the weather forecast for Bratislava has no rain for the next 6 days. That's even worse than the heat, I suppose. :-(

it's a good thing I love you, or I'd hop up there to Wisconsin and slap you silly! As you sweat your way from 77 all the way up to 89, I'll be saying some prayers that you all survive!

As a sun worshiper & someone who despises cold weather, I really hate to say this . . . but I am sooooooooo ready for it to be fall!! If I wanted to live in Africa, I'd move there . . . this is ridiculous!

Well I must have jinxed myself with my post...I went to get Ella up from her nap upstairs and as soon as I opened the door it was very apparent that the AC had stopped working. It was like a sauna up there and my poor baby was sweating buckets in her sleep. We have two units so at least the downstairs is still cool but looks like the kids will be sleeping with me tonight and until I can get a repairman here. Oh and DH just left this morning for 2 weeks...of course these things always happen when he's gone.

I don't know what it was here in PA today but it was beautiful!!! We never left the pool!!! It was sunny and hot with a breeze, but not so hot you felt like you wanted to die...just hot enough to make you sweat a little!!!!

Weather.com says now it's 87 right now...so it was probably close to 90 today...but our humidity was only about 37% today...and that makes all the difference!!!! Looks like we are suppose to be 91 tomorrow too....looks like we'll be spending the day in the pool again!!!!

My WeatherBug app says it's 105 out right now at 7:45pm but when I checked it a few hours ago it said it was 108!! Temps in Wichita were reported even higher though, found this on one the news sites -

Record heat in Wichita: 111 breaks record of 110 set in 1980; only the 10th time in 123 years we have ever been this hot; hottest since July 12, 1980; only 3 degrees from our all-time record high of 114 set back on August 12, 1936.

So yeah, it's HOT outside!!

it was gross out today (85-ish). i spent most of the afternoon in the pool, floating around. it's going to be hotter tomorrow, somewhere in the 90's, so i'll probably be out there tomorrow as well.
