i printed yearbooks for Kylie's girl scout/brownie troop and thought that they looked pretty good...I had done a book with shutterfly in the past and while it wasn't the exact same to compare, I was pretty pleased...I used FREE codes when I printed 11 of them but did have to pay shipping...definitely worth it.

I've printed with artscow. Don't get too attached to the edges of your pages. I would make sure everything is at least 1/4 of an inch away from the edge, if not a bit more. Otherwise, I like the quality, but I noticed some of my edges got cut off, and other edges had a white gap on the bottom. I suggest taking the time to change the "background" (white space BEHIND the photo, that looks like the photo is covering it up) to something that matches your edge papers. I had a few that I didn't think would show that ended up showing up quite prominently.

Otherwise, they are good quality printing/binding, I think, but I've never printed with anyone else.

I love artscow! I've printed at least 10 books with them and absolutly love the quality! Sure, when you put your book together you've got to zoom in or out, to make sure that all of your layout is visible..sometimes if you zoom in too much you get the white background, but thats easily fixed with a background colour that they offer. I don't even notice these different background colours, as i tend to use similar colours to my layouts. Honestly, they're easy to make and they make GREAT presents!

artscow must be sooooo inconsistent with their quality. I printed calendars there last year and cried when they showed up - the quality was HORRIBLE. I have seen other folks post similar experiences.

I suppose that since it's free it's worth a shot though...?

I get my books through Artscow, and I am satisfied with the quality. I like there binding over Shutterfly, but I do find the colors a little saturated. Really, for the price (FREE + shipping most of the time) you really can't go wrong.

Ive printed with Artscow and Shutterfly and the binding was better with Artscow. Color-wise, I just make sure nothing is "oversaturated with color" (or post processed so much) with Artscow and everything looks great. I love their memo pads and notebooks and keychains - and I make sure to use their freebies *They give out a lot*. Thankfully to them I am all caught up with printing (cant beat their price!)
