We have our goals now let's swap some HEALTHY recipes to make our healthy living in 2012 even easier!

Who: EVERYONE CAN JOIN THE SWAP! THE MORE THE BETTER!

WHAT: a flattened 4x6" recipe card (.jpg format) using designs by any of these ssd designers:

When: NOW through February 8th!

Where: Send your completed cards to Jenn at ssdhealthy2012 at gmail dot com and post previews of your recipes in this thread! Once the swap is completed, Jenn will zip up all of the recipes and send them out to all participants.

Feel free to create cards for ANY food type: appetizers, main dishes, side dishes - even dessert! Just keep your recipes on the healthy side! Let me know if you have any questions.

Mari, I asked in the designer forum and the designers listed said they were fine having their designs used for the swap. If more designers are ok with their designs being used, I'll add them to the list. But for now this is everyone who gave her ok.

You definitely should! They are my FAVORITE muffin ever (not just bran muffin, favorite muffin of all time, lol), and full of healthy things, lol. Quite a few times, I've also added a couple tbsp's of ground flax (nobody can even tell it's in there)!

I've been playing around with a Vegan cook book and if you like mushrooms these were pretty awesome put into fajitas!
