Smile Can we do another round of "kits I'd like to see"?

*I can always use more Disney inspired kits - the rides, characters, hotels, restaurants - anything to do with Disney or WDW!

*I think a kit to document the time-sucking vortex known as facebook would be fun. Especially if it had some elements inspired by the zynga games! (farmville, cafeworld, etc) And it could include stuff for twitter, blogging, etc.

*I have NO idea what I would use it for but I would a pucca looking kit!

What are you looking for?

Oh, and a Harry Potterish kit - dd10 reads and rereads the books and watches the movies over and over.

I would love to see girl kits NOT Pink or Purple...my daughter hates pink and purple and cringes when I scrap a page of her with those colors...So I dig into my stash of boy stuffies for her.
I would also love to see more pet kits. Well that's my wish anyhow =)

Trampoline Kit, kit for scrapping our above-ground pool pics, Weight Watchers themed kit (not kidding! with my disability, the exercise-themed kits only apply partially to me- I'd love to see a weight watchers kit that I could use to scrap my favourite WW recipes- I'd like to make a cookbook for my shelf, since I have about 10 cluttering my house...), Germany themed kit, City themed kit (something very industrial) to scrap my Chicago and NYC pics...

i think a weight watchers kit would be cool too!

other things i'd love to see from SSD designers:

country-specific travel kits (england, france, italy, cuba, etc. . . )
tropical wedding kit (for destination weddings - something lovey dovey AND beachy at the same time)
genealogy/heritage kits (for family tree stuff but also things that would be good for scrapping visits to museums and pioneer village type attractions)
"party" kits that are less cutesy and more suitable for adults (something that would be good for scrapping my own birthdays, bachelorette parties, new year's eve, etc.)
kits about going to or graduating from university

I thought I was the only one who felt that way.

Pinky Science kits; "I am not a ballerina" Dance Kit; Non-Snowy winter kit; Christmas in Summer/Easter in Autumn/Halloween in Spring.
Oh, and maybe a geek and a 'princess' Valentine kit.

I could narrow it down to which designers would be perfect for each kit too.

I would love to see a KCB and Zoe kit centered around heritage. I'm going to be working on two HUGE heritage projects for my parents and in-laws and would LOVE to see them collab together.

I second the travel kits and the adult party idea.

I'd love to see (these are just ideas, some of them might be stupid):

- a kit directly aimed at scrapping old b/w photos,
- a mountain / hiking-themed kit,
- an urban / city-themed kit,
- a blackbird-themed kit (I know there won't be one, but I thought I'd mention it :-),
- a Mediterranean-like white/blue kit,
- a Provence-like lavender-themed kit,
- a kitchen kit that doesn't concentrate on baking, but rather on cooking,
- anything with poppies. :-)

Also, somehow I think that people from Australia might like a "Christmas in summer" kit (just an idea).

I love the country-themed travel kits!

Also, I would love to see an Anti-Valentine's Day kit... happy single's day, y'know?

And, a Fondue kit. I collect Fondue pots (I have 5 right now, I believe) and also my family's new years eve tradition is to do fondue each year... so I'd love to see a fondue-themed kit. But this is just my personal opinion

Thanks! I actually have that one, but you're right, there are no blackbirds (still, it's a nice urban kind of kit and I have big plans for it). Somehow I imagine something doodley for the blackbird kit.

OK, the whole point of this idea is that my friends have a blackbird as a pet. Still, there are not many people like that, so the kit wouldn't sell well even if it existed, and I can scrap about the blackbird without a special kit anyway. I just thought I'd write it down just in case... ;-)))

I second the facebook idea. I'm a sucker for facebook games, especially those with cute graphics

How about food kits that are not related to baking and cooking? I love to go out exploring food trucks and restaurants.

I would love this too; we visit a lot of historical sites and sometimes those can be hard to scrap.

I'd also love a Civil War type kit and an American Indian themed kit. We live close to Shiloh and several Indian historical sites.

Actually anything with a state park/national park theme. And lakes/rivers vs. swimming pools in the summer. So many of those are so geared toward camping.

I'd like the country-specific kits too (for my photos from Epcot, Busch Gardens [Europe Theme & Africa theme], zoos (Australia))

Museum kit

Food

Roller coaster

fondue

ETA: two page templates with lots of room for journaling

How about a kit for those of us with guinea pigs or other rodents as pets? It's not all about cats & dog, ya know!

I second these...I have some NYC pics I want to scrap, maybe even a Broadway Plays/Musical type kit - I have a few sets of those pics too.

I like the idea of historical-type kits too - we went to Phillie to all of the historical sites and have lots of pics from there.

I'm pretty sure an Anti-Valentine's Day/Love Sucks type of kit already exists, or has at one point. I did a quick search in the shoppe, but didn't come up with it. Anyone know which one I'm referring to?

There is 4 the Worse from the Quarterly, I think...

I'd like to see something bigger than a mini, though!

The pucca looks SO like La.

Love all Traci's sewing stuff.

Agree with Nikki - Eric Carle - YES!

Definitely need Harry Potter here...my kids are still really into it because of the movies and they are reading the books themselves.

I like the grown up party theme idea - I'd love wine glasses or a wine bottle.

Girly kits in different colors is a good idea - I personally am anti-purple but love pink.

Oh and I'd love a facebook kit.

Amusement parks
something to do with little kids at the park, sun, slides, swings
FB kit
Starbucks themed kit
Ice cream themed kit(Baskin Robbins)
I would love a different asia/korean kit. I have so many pictures from over here, from fish markets to just the lovely sights. (a lot of my pics don't fit the two that are in the store. Something more blue/gray/brown)
And another vote for Hello Kitty style kit

A facebook kit would be awesome. It is so seriously addicting that maybe if I scrap about it I will be able to discipline myself not to spend all day there.

I would love to have some sports themed kits for swimming, soccer, gymnastics etc that have some girly elements and colors.

Also a non-Starbucks, upscale coffee kit? A lot of coffee themed kits I see are fine for some of the layouts I want to do, but not as "serious"-- I'd love to see actual coffee beans, coffee stains, etc.

But I'm anti-starbucks, so if the kit's all green..... I'm not sure I'd use it as much :P

I've suddenly remembered that there was a time when I wanted a Zodiac kit. I no longer really "need" it, but I thought I'd mention it. No idea if it might be interesting for others.

I just found this when trimming my WL, I had forgotten about it (how could I!):

I would love to see an Autism kit. And I've seen the ones linked up to the DST ISO thread, and several other charity kits that benefit autism, but not a really great autism kit that I just jump for joy over. It could even be more generic for "special needs" - thinking a milestones kit like for babies but this would be specific to special needs children. Or an advocacyelated kit.

And if anyone watches the show "Parenthood" there is great inspiration on there

9 to 5 working kit... I still have photos from my job and want to talk about what I use to do... so something from an office would be cool

Food kits... I have so many photos around breakfast, lunch, cooking, diets (no-gluten), Chinese food, mexcian, farmer markets, etc.
