Default Before and Afters
So I just wanted to brag a little. DH and I have both been losing for the last several months. I'm finally back to my pre-pregnancy weight!

Here we are 2 years ago at our heaviest:


and here we are last month:

Aww, thanks everyone! As to how we did it, we started with the Wii Fit, and that really got us going and motivated. We started eating only until we were full, and we've both given up a lot of sweets. Now I don't crave them nearly as much as I used to!
