Default Classroom photo book - questions..

I've decided to put together a classroom scrapbook for the year for DD's class.

I'm trying to determine the best way (and most economical) because the parents will all chip in to buy the teacher an album and then they may want to purchase one of their own as well.

I've looked at Shutterfly and My Publisher. From what I've heard/read, My Publisher has better quality pictures when the book is delivered as Shutterfly tends to be grainy. It also looks like they are less expensive. Am I right on these points?

Also, if I use papers/embelishments that I have purchased, it's not a copyright infringement for people to order their own books right?

Any feedback on this?
