Default Clip in Mask - Rectanble shape
How do I create a triangle shape so I can use it as a clipping mask?
It seems I can only draw rectangles, eclipses, polygons...

Do you mean square?

In Photoshop CS if you hold the shift button while dragging a new shape or selection you can make a square.

The same tool you use to draw squares is also for rectangles. Are you using photoshop?
