Default Healthy in 2012 Club: week 02/05 - 02/11

Another week! I have a killer cold, so that is making exercise difficult this week.

Feel better, Jenn! Mondays are always good for me, because I'm fresh off my weigh in. Down 2.4 lbs this week for a total of 17 lbs in 5 weeks. I'm pleased. I'm settling in comfortably on plan where this doesn't feel new or time consuming anymore.

Finally got over most of my cold over the weekend. Hit up the gym today and did some Zumba. I've really missed Zumba, hopefully my hips will hold up so I can keep going. Hubby sabotaged me again tonight by handing me a bowl of ice cream. I really need to set him down and remind him again that I love him but he needs to quit enabling me

I enduleged a little over the weekend but plan on hitting the gym hard this week to make it better. I don't want to restrict everything and then binge so I'm okay with it actually. I'm just stressing about not getting to the gym next week since my husband will be away for the week. I may have to turn on the 30 day shred. Jacinda, does it hurt your knees or is that just me?

My knees are doing OK so far, though I have to be careful that I do the techniques properly/carefully because I do have a history of knee injuries.

I was feeling pretty good by the last few days of Level 1, but got a big wake up call on Level 2. My body is aching now.

well I did a workout at the gym and faced the music - I'm down 1.1kgs (just over 2 pounds) this time around

So, last night I took my first spin class. It was a Cy-go class as they named it. Half spinning, half yoga on the bike. I've never done any spinning at all before. Wozzers! Talking about kicking my rear, litterally. My rear hurts today, but I'm getting ready to head to the gym again tonight for my run/weight lifting. I have to promote the spin though. If you need a good burn, man that will do it!

I weighed in on the 6th this week and I'm down 2 lbs for a total of 11, which I'm very happy with. My clothes are looser now. Unfortunately, given how this week is going, next weeks' weigh in isn't going to be as good

We're having some issues with one of the kids that are time consuming, so between the stress of dealing with it and the lack of time (and motivation) for cooking right now I'm not doing well enough. But I won't give up! If I can stick closely to my plan for the rest of the day I won't be too far off target, and tomorrow will be better. It will be the first day in 2 weeks that all 3 kids are in school. If I can finally get some things done in the morning while DD is at preschool, then maybe I won't feel as overwhelmed and snacky by late afternoon.
