i'm grocery shopping today for thanksgiving and i feel like i'm missing something on my list. what's on your t day menu?

Mom has, oddly, decided to change it up this year so we are having

ham
roasted sweet potatoes, carrots & beets (yay! I finally get to make something!)
garlic green beans
pear & goat cheese salad
coleslaw
pumpkin pie & ice cream
biscuits

Pork roast
mashed potatoes
sweet potatoes
stuffing
green beans (not casserole)
roasted broccoli
cranberry jello salad
bread pudding

Thursday:
Turkey
Sweet Potato Casserole with pecan topping
Cran-Applesauce
Green Bean & Walnut Salad (or a homemade version of green bean casserole)
Rolls
Mashed Potatoes/Gravy
Dressing
Crab Dip & crackers
Pumpkin Cheesecake
Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Friday:
(Feista a la Lil' Brother's Birthday)
Homemade Chili (my recipe)
Taco Bar (tacos & all the fixens)
Enchiladas
Cake (I'm doing this)

Saturday:
(Thanksgiving with my sisters MIL)
Ham
Veggie Dish & an appetizer (my job)
and probably enough food for an army or two.

Mom's doing the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and a small cherry pie and has some beer for the hubby.
