Those who use Procreate on their iPads, do you know if you have that same stroking (where the brush moves with your pen) if you use a tablet or touch screen on Illustrator?

Is procreate like illustrator? Harder to learn illustrator?

Kristin's FB post about graphic pc laptops got me wondering for my own daughter's laptop that we've been researching and now I'm not sure if she'd enjoy using her laptop if illustrator isn't like procreate, which she LOVES.

Any input, advice would be great!
I'd appreciate it as she's been saving her money the past three years to buy a laptop and we'd like to look at how much she has, including this birthday coming up in April if we can swing the remaining balance for a laptop for her.
