Good timing, I just got done deciding on our menu and making my grocery list for tomorrow morning. Mondays are my batch cooking days for the week - I'll cook everything in about 2.5 hours and then I'll have lunches and dinners for a week. This week's menu is:

Dinners:
Monday - Greek Tacos
Tuesday - Thai Curry Rice
Wednesday - Hawaiian Chili
Thursday - Vegetable Rice Casserole
Friday - Thai Pizzas
Saturday - 2 Potato Tostadas
Sunday - Chana Aloo Stew

For lunches I'll have:
Pizza Chili over baked potatoes (2 days)
Bang Bang Chickpea Pasta (2 days)
Pho (2 days)

I don't know! Usually I meal plan on Sun, but I didn't get to it today and don't feel motivated to start now.

Mon-Pasta with turkey meatballs
Tues-??? (probably a chicken dish)
Wed-leftovers
Thurs-Mexican night. Maybe black bean tacos with salad and cilantro lime rice
Fri-Hot dogs
Sat-DS's choice since his birthday is on Sun
Sun-my parents arrive to spend a few days with us, so they'll probably take us out

Tonight (Mon) - Beef, rice noodle and peanut salad
Tues - leftovers
Wed - meatloaf & salad or veggies
Thurs - leftovers

That's as far as I've planned ahead (I usually plan Friday-Thursday since Fri is grocery shopping day).

I haven't planned a thing o.O

DH has his work's yearly convention this week which is INSANE hours. He usually pulls 16-18 hr work days from Monday-Saturday. I think this year it's just Tuesday-Friday that he'll be busy so I don't really know what to plan for dinner. We might just have cereal, or pancakes, pizza will be in there somewhere too...something easy. I have no desire to cook and I have 1 picky eater

Only got Tuesday to Saturday done because I can not be bothered to cook at the min so we've been living on easy food but I need to get back into planning as so much has been getting wasted. I've gone for things that are easy to prepare and cook

Tuesday - Sausages, roasted potatoes and vegetables
Wednesday - Piri piri chicken, potatoes wedges and homemade coleslaw
Thursday - cowboy pie with broccoli and carrots (I found the recipe in a magazine so no idea if it's even nice lol)
Friday - stuffed burgers and salad
Saturday - Cajun chicken, corn on the cob and salad.

I haven't planned anything this week....so I'll be winging it I guess. Got a ham in the crockpot today so there 1 day I no longer have to think about.

Next week will be a busy one with lots of meal planning needed

And, as usual, I wish I could go eat at Marie's house. I need to plan yet. We have been crazy busy lately.

I only have a few things planned because we ate out tonight for our anniversary, Weds the kids have Awana and that night we eat at chick-fil-a with friends for dinner. Then Fri we are heading to my niece's birthday party. So, Tuesday it's Pasta (penne) with evoo, a dash of white wine vinegar, grape tomatoes, chickpeas, Kalamata olives, and fresh mozzarella balls. I need a shorter name for that pasta. My kids call it the plain noodles with chickpeas. Then Thurs I will probably do a big tossed salad with rolls and homemade Tucson soup.
