Celeste - that's awesome!!!!! We haven't really done anything like that, yet, but it's about time we start!!! We just do silly things like ice cream for supper, and a few other silly little things. But like Rebecca's faking food, this..it's time for us to step it up!

Love that Celeste!! I didn't really get to plan any this year because I was driving home from a weekend away.

We did pretend we lost the car keys though and the one girl I was with was freaking out thinking she couldn't get home to see her son (she has separation anxiety worse than a kid).

On the way home from church today I told the kids we had to stop by the doctors' office because they forgot to give them a few shots at their appt. last week. They totally fell for it and got all worked up about it. In the end they thought it was hilarious that mom tricked them.

well it's 1800 post its and it took the us (the 2 boys helped) about 45 minutes. what you can't see is my little one also blew up 45 balloons and put them in the car.

Our basement has flooded a few times and now we are in the process of finishing it with the plumbers having been here last week. My 8 years old went downstairs to play and started screaming "Daddy the basement is flooded". He TOTALLY fell for it! It was great!

I had plans to put my boys in each other's beds while they were still sleeping, but one woke up before I could do it - I did put the other in his brother's bed. That was pretty funny.

We are recovering from a very BIG and wild wedding party last night, so I even kind of forgot it was April Fool's Day today. But can you see this picture? This wasn't my joke, but my cousin's grown daughters spent the night at her house and did this to the kitchen.

Yup, me, too. I was expecting my 8 year old to try a few, but with it being a weekend I think he forgot the date.

April Fools Day was bad at our house. My brother (11) came in and told my mom and I that the soccer game was not going to be airing for some reason.


...we about lost it.

(Soccer is HUGE in this house, and we tend to schedule our day around a game if there's one on).
Of course, the game DID air, and we won, which means Sporting KC is the only undefeated (this season) team in the MLS, at 4 wins, 0 ties, 0 losses. So, you see why it's not a game we could miss. :P

That's the only prank played today, though. Lol.
