NSBR: Cellphones?

So, I am due for an upgrade - deciding between the Samsung Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note 4. So, who has which? Which would you go with? Note 4 has a better front facing camera but both rear cameras are 16 MP. The S5 is Water and Dust resistant whereas the Note 4 is note. Note 4 is bigger?

S5! It's waterproof and what I have! My husband had the note and downgraded to the S5 because he liked it so much better.

Enjoy! I just upgraded from the S4 to the gray S6 Active today. I'm a little jealous of your gold, but I'm too much of a klutz to have a regular phone that isn't hidden away in a bulky protective case.
