Default How do you follow-up with the "Goals" Page?

Hello everyone!! I was wondering if you have made a page of the goals you would like to set for a certain time period and how you showed completing them. Do you do a closeout page? Or do you draw a line or X through the goal itself?

I am asking because I have been working on doing a "Goals for 2013" page that I plan on printing but I am not sure how to close it at the end of the year. Should I line through as I complete them or do a page of the "Goals I accomplished in 2013" at the end of the year?

You could do either really. Personally I'd make a new page, with explanations as to why I didn't achieve some of the goals. That would be more meaningful to me.

Last time I did this I basically redid the inital goals layout and marked out what I had completed, plus added journaling about it
