Default Really? I think the toy makers are losing it!

I'm all for "real life" toys, but this might be a bit too much. LOL!!!
Do any of you have girls that want this? It's hilarious, but weird.

Yes... too much! Some of the "games" out there are atrocious! This makes me think of the Doggie Doo game. Seriously weird!

I don't know any kids who want it, but I sure know kids (and their parents) who need to learn how to pick-up doggie poo...

Oh my. My girls would want it but I would never ever let them have it or, for that matter, see it! Yuck!

I find it disturbing that the stuff in the bowl looks exactly like the stuff by the trash can... *shudder :/

LOL - I let my daughter pick one Barbie item for Christmas and this was it. I thought she was insane, but she plays with it a lot. Last week she went over to a new friend's house and came home all excited because, "Olivia has the pooping Barbie dog too!"

Apparently it is the thing for 6 year old girls around here.

Does the dog actually poop? Or is that just an accessory?

There is a little door on the side of the dog you put the poop into. Then when you push the dog's tail he 'poops.'

Hahaha... wow.

I would have probably wanted one as a kid too. I loved animals and barbie, so it probably would have clicked with me.

maybe this will make for future socially responsible pet owners LOL. I hate taking my dog for a walk in the park and seeing all the poop from owners too lazy to pick up after their pet!

My 7 year old would totally want this, lol. I'm not surprised by it really, but I wouldn't buy it for her because of the small pieces - I'm sick of finding tiny toy pieces everywhere, haha!!

LOL - those are dog bones. They are the same color as the poop but different shape.

This toy nor the doggie doo game are for us. I don't care for the small pieces and I also agree that it is just a little too real. LOL!

We have problems with people walking their dogs and letting them poop in our yard. Nothing more fun then stepping in a fresh little giftie from the neighborhood doggies. ARGH!

On a side note... I am sure that it is something that kids wouldn't mind playing with. On our last zoo field trip the highlight of the petting zoo was when the animals pooped. HA!

I don't think my 5 year old would want it. Poop, no poop, whatever. She might be mildly intrigued by that. But since this Barbie didn't bother to get dressed in something fancy and glittery before she walked her dog and scooped its poop, she'd pass.

You could do with the poop what you would do in real life...throw it away!

My boys are LONGING to get dogs again when we move back home (ours passed away 1 year and 2 months before we moved to Kuwait so its been 2.5 years without dogs). They will learn the real life of picking up doggie poo. And for the record, we carry baggies with us everywhere we go with them and I pick it up. Because I hate dog poo in my front yard too! Rude people.

Too funny, the little pieces would wind up where the tiny parts of the legos go...stuck in corners of toy boxes or vacuumed up so the poo would be gone soon, but I'm all for some unique Barbies that show them doing anything but dressing up in sparkles and glitter. If it can teach kids to clean up after their pets, why not?

I just think it is absolutely hilarious and am trying to picture the meeting at Mattel where they discussed if this was marketable and how to make it better. LOL!!!!!
