A personal woot!
I just had to share...I have been trying to lose weight for a long time, But I have finally taken the plunge. I have been walking every day before work for at least 20 min. That is 4 times a week. The best part is that this is the middle of m 3rd week!!!! And it hasn't killed me yet.
