Default What's your current obsession?

Right now I'm having a little bit of a love affair with trees and branches. I've made 3 cards this week and all of them have a tree or a branch involved. Hellooooo, Hooterville with your adorable branch and super cute owls! (Sidenote, Hooterville makes me think of a land where girls who work at H00ters live, LOL!)

I want to make more too. I might need an intervention.....

So what are you using on lots of pages lately?

I am addicted to woodgrain papers, and big ol' round paper flowers right now. Oh, and I still use kraft paper for my backgrounds a lot of the time.

I wish I had an obsession - it would mean I was scrapping. My mojo is TOTALLY gone for (what seems like) all eternity, and I'm getting depressed & frustrated!

lmao at Hooterville, my son calls it the Orange Owl Store and asked to go there a couple of weeks ago when his dad and uncle let him decide where to eat.

I have been into big titles and those folded paper flowers that look like they just pop off the page (like in Julie's Wonderous).

LOL HOOTERVILLE!

I am addicted to creating cutouts for pops of paper. Also not able to pull myself away from patterned paper. Doodly ones.

Card-making. As for digi, I'm kind of extraction-oriented these days, and enjoying a magazine-kind-of graphic style with not much journalling. Like doing an ad. Since I'm right in the middle of "scrapping my dresses" phase, I guess it's fitting. Might last two weeks, as they tend to do. ;-)

Oh, I'm so glad you mentioned this. I'm going over to your gallery to mark some favorites because I am very title challenged. LOL.

HA! I had the same thoughts about the kit name "Hooterville"...makes me laugh every time but I LOVE the kit just the same! Anyway, my obsession is and always will be shopping. As for scrapping I'm not sure I have an obsession yet but I am kind of drawn to elements with distressing; in paper scrapping I used distressing and inking ALOT.

My obsession is what I am BUYING not SCRAPPING. I know....horrible. I need to scrap.

My BUYING obsession is alphas! Big time. And FONTS! I also find myself gravitating towards yellows in a kit.......never really been a yellow fan but now I am kind of in love with it. Go figure!

It's got to be PP and lots of flowers! I love flourishes too, but don't find too many of them in digi.
