You may already know about this one but here's a small timesaver (definitely not as good) but still a small timesaver.
When your window of elements is opened, you can select multiple elements at the same time using the standard method of holding the control button down while clicking on each item. When you are done selecting, drag and drop just one of the selected items into Photoshop and ALL of the selected elements will open up in Photoshop (at least in CS4, it does). It doesn't get them all on the canvas you are working on like Krystal's method, but it does get them opened nonetheless. It's just something small.... By the way, LOVE the tutorial, Krystal!!! That will definitely help save me time!!!

Nope but you can go to File ----> Place and it does it one at a time but it does keep the file name just like Krystal mention...I know still pretty lame...but if you use elements from lots of kits it's still a "start".
