Default Am I the only one. . .

who is glad Christmas is over?

I had a wonderful time traveling for a week to visit my family on the east coast but I am SO HAPPY to be back at my house, in my bed, with no more Christmas hoopla to deal with.

Are you sad or glad Christmas is over? Or a little of both?

Christmas is always pretty low key at our house. We went on a road trip the week prior, sightseeing around the country, then had Christmas lunch with my family on the 25th. It's summer here, so we're relaxing, enjoying the sun, getting ready for our annual camping trip in Jan. So to answer your question, probably a little of both.

I want it to last a little longer this year. It just flew by SO FAST for me. I'm not ready for it to end!

A little of both here. I have a lot to look forward to in the first two months of 2017 (my eldest starting school and our new baby being born), so I'm ready to get going on 2017.

Having said that, I *do* like Christmas, but this year it all felt a little busy and rushed due to lots of the kids' events, preschool finishing, late pregnancy aches and complaints, and then my twins turned two years old yesterday (next year I will need to forward-plan that a LOT better!!). So yes, I think I'm ready to move on now.

A little of both, I think. December was so rushed & I had lots of unexpected things come up that took more time. So I felt like my family & I missed out on a lot of holiday things. But i'm also ready for January to get back into routines and to see what 2017 has in store for us. I still need to put Christmas away & I can't find the energy or desire to do so....though I love the room I feel like I have when it's all gone lol!

Christmastime is my very favorite time of the year but this particular year a lot of things happened that we didn't expect which negatively impacted our $$$ & ability to do as much Christmas as I usually do + added a lot of sudden stress.

Christmas Day was better than I expected, thank God, but I could do without the rest & am glad it's over.

Christmas can come and go but I wish our summer holidays (and time off work/school) could last all year!!

Yes, I'm glad it's over. Christmas is also very low-key for us and we have a good time with family, etc. but this year was very emotional since it was the first Christmas without my dear friend's daughter and her 13th birthday would have been yesterday, so it's been a week of ups and downs for both Cheyanne and I as far as emotions go.

I don't feel as though Christmas has even come yet. I was so on the ball this year as opposed to past years with cards, shopping, baking, and wrapping, that I never felt any stress. What's Christmas without the stress!
