Help with Photoshop CC 2019
I upgraded from Photoshop CC 2018 to the 2019 version and I'm having all sorts of issues with my shadows. The styles and actions I used previously are giving me very wonky results which probably means they are not compatible with the 2019 version but even after I adjust them so they look good, they keep changing! Then when I save the .jpg image to upload, it looks like there's hardly any shadows at all.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you fix it?

Yes! Try: Performance and checking 'Use Legacy Compositing'

Wow! Thank you so much, Karli! I have that issue with the 2019 update since November and I just opted to use the 2017 since the issue affected my 2018 cc too. Your suggestion helped my shadow issue!

Yep the "Legacy Compositing" fixes a ton of bugs- I spent an hour with adobe customer service trying to figure that one out! Doesn't make you want to update to the newest software when it's so buggy huh!?
