Default Drop Shadows

Hi girls!

I don't post often, but I do shop here at SS. What drop shadows on PSE are your favorites to use? I look at folks layouts and they seem different then mine and the only thing I notice is the shadows are different.

Any help?

I customise all my shadows, even when i was using PSE. I suggest playing around with the shadow settings under layer-layerstyle to decide what you like the best for each shadow! There are some good tutorials out there, I think Krystal hartley had one posted on her blog a few weeks ago

Great tutorial, that's how I do my shadows these days as well but my settings are just a little different. I'm going to give these ones a go and see how I like them.

I have mine saved as actions. I like my shadows on a different layer so I can customise them as I like using either the warp tool or the smudge tool (as per Peppermints blog post).

Thanks for the instructions for PSE! I'll be teaching a class or two in the fall for our Office Spouse's group on base and I've used PSCS2/CS5 for so long, I forget how to do shadows in PSE!!! I really need to re-learn them on PSE8 so I can actually know what I'm talking about!
