What's the journaling? Are you telling a story or just scrapping a photo you like? Honestly, since the colors are kind of neutral, I'd go b&w and scrap it with whatever kit floated my boat.

The story...he got the slippers from my dad. I kind of want to empasize the purple on them...it's my alma mater's color. Don't know if there will be any journaling...probably not more than a line or two.
