I got my receipt for my purchase (just did it) but no download links. I wanted to ask before I just messaged her, but I message Robin about it right?

Not yet. Sometimes when the store is busy it takes a little while. If you don't get DL links by email within a few hours, then message her.

And actually, you can check your account in the store and download directly from there instead of waiting for an email. Just look in "order history" after you log in to the store.
Robin is traveling with her family on vacation, so she's a little slow responding to messages and emails. But you can always drop her a note at admin@sweetshoppedesigns.com and she'll get you fixed up asap. |

If the order is queued, does that work right away? I didn't think so, but I could be wrong. When the store is busy and my order is queued, I usually wait for the email to let me know the order has been pushed through.

No, you're probably right, Rachel. If the order is actually queued, it doesn't necessarily work right away. I've had experiences before though where it was just the email that hiccuped. The order wasn't actually queued... the email just took a bit to get to me.
