Thumbs up Maternity Photos!!!!!
Omgoodness - I am soooo excited! On Saturday, I had my maternity photos taken (I was 35 weeks), and my photog already has my proofs. I get them all on CD because I purchased that so I could have printing rights - I'm glad I did because I couldn't pick just a few to print... I love them!

Anyways, if you want to have a peek at them, they are in an online gallery, and she says to feel free to share the link with anyone... so I'll put it here!

My fave is the first shot of Ava/bunny and she's reading a book to your belly...

Oh, those are fabulous! I agree with Meg, but I also love the full body one where you have on teh purple shirt and jeans. So cute!

these turned out great... my fave is the one of your DH and DD peeking around your belly and I also love the one of DD with her bunny and the Guess How Much I Love You book.

Thanks ladies! I am just so thrilled with them! I have been feeling so crappy and generally every day I look pretty ragged... so I'm glad that I looked decent in the pictures (haha!).

My favorites are the one of me in the red wrap (camera is almost straight on and I'm looking down), the one where DH & DD are peeking around my belly, the side shot with the blocks & the one where I have the book & DD has the bunny...

They are absolutely beautiful - I think my fave is also the one of DD & DH peeking around your belly. I have a confession to make, though - until this thread, I never even heard of taking maternity photos! I think it's a fantastic idea, but this is the first I've ever heard of it . . . is this a common practice? Is it a regional thing? Just curious . . .

I see it all over at photographers sites. I think it's a "newer" thing... but it's quite popular all over Canada & the US. It's been really picking up in the last few years though!
