Oh my goodness, so much love in this thread!! This is why SSD is my forever digi-home
 So yes, little Mr Callen Michael Swerbinsky arrived via c-section yesterday afternoon at 5:39. 7lbs 14.5oz, and 20.5" long with a full head of his daddy's dark hair. He was sunny side up and stuck on my pelvis, so after 9 hours of pitocin, 5 with the epidural, I was still only at 3cm and 100%, while Callen was still riding high at -3. My dr decided that instead of waiting 4 more painful hours to see where I could get to, to go to the c-section since we had no idea why he wasn't dropping ( I mean, he's the one that decided to come by breaking my water, lol, the least he could've done was cooperate right? :P). I've said from the beginning that I didn't care how the baby got here as long as we were both healthy, and that was true. But being faced with he actual section was a whole different thing and I was terrified once we got in there. I was shaking uncontrollably, and that only scared me more. Thankfully, Jordan was absolutely amazing. I could tell he was scared too, but he held my head and helped me focus on the breathing and on him. Truly my rock when I needed him most. And then of course Callen was HERE and our world changed. I have a few pics on FB (Sara or meg or someone, feel free to stick them in here, I can't do it straight from my phone). Jordan just keeps staring at him and saying "I can't believe how cute he is!". It melts my heart Thank you all so much again for the love, and putting up with all my pregnancy complaints, lol. As I knew it wouldn't, none of it matters now. And now I'm gonna go nap before everyone starts arriving for snuggles with Callen.

Aww Col I am tearing up over your post. "and then Callen was here and our world changed" - it's soo very very true and one of the most beautiful moments we're blessed to experience in this life. Congrats to you and Jordan. I'm really happy for you.

Col, I can't believe I forgot to post in this thread! I said my congrats on fb, but I want to say it here, too. Seriously SO very happy for you! I totally know what you mean about being scared about the c-section, I was terrified, too. But in the end, it didn't matter AT ALL. We've got our perfect babies, and that's the most important thing in the world!
So glad that you guys are all safe and healthy! Give that cute baby some snuggles from me!
