Default Someone stole my car....
I can't believe someone stole my car from the parking lot where I catch the train to work. To add insult to injury I just spent $400 getting it serviced 2 weeks ago...I could scream...I just hope they can recover it with no damage because even though I need a new car I don't want one right now...Ok enough of my vent at least for now...

What a total bummer!!! The good news is that most vehicles are recovered within two weeks in a very short radius from where they were taken. When my car was stolen several years ago it was recovered with no damage (some personal effects were taken), same with my mother's vehicle. Good luck!! {hugs}

Thanks Ladies...it just seems unreal...the police officer told me that I'm taking it way better than others he's dealt with...I need to call the insurance this morning but I'm hoping they find it soon...

People always say that to me, too. I guess my attitude is always "well, what am I gonna do about it?" Getting all worked up and frazzled isn't going to get the car back, so lets just focus on what we have to do next. lol

Oh no!!!! I feel terrible for you. We had our car stolen right out of our driveway quite a few years back. Like Sheri said, it was recovered in a few days. It had lots of damage to the interior (they wanted the stereo) but the insurance covered everything and we had it back in about ten days. I still have a moment of panic when I go out to a parking lot and don't immediately see my car.
