I dl'd Angry Birds Rio for FREE this morning! They are also offering paid (read: ad free!!!) versions of Angry Birds and Angry Birds: Seasons.

The only problem I've found is when I tried to check out online with Angry Birds and Seasons, it tried to charge me $4.49 in shipping for my two digital purchases! Who are they kidding?!?! I was able to dl it directly from the appstore on my phone without the shipping charges though. The reviews say that it will install on your phone while saving your progress so you won't lose all that hard work!

Oh, and looks like it's a US only app so far . . .

Yay! I'm trying to dl angry birds Rio directly on my phone, but its telling me I have to add a funding source for 1 click purchases. I'm nervous about that though in case they try to charge shipping or something.

I saw several comments about that on the fb feedback Libby. I have 1-click set up for my Kindle purchases so I didn't have to worry about it but I got my receipts for the two other apps I bought this morning and they were each just 99 cents. No random shipping charges. I think that must have just been a screw up on the amazon.com.

Wooo! I downloaded Angry Birds Rio on both my phone and Jeff's. I finally broke down and entered my debit card info for 1 click, but they didn't charge anything.

Just read that Amazon is going to have to change the name of its store because Apple trademarked the name "App Store."

I've been playing Angry Bird Rio for last 2 days and it's addicting!!! I also had one-click activated for Kindle, so didn't run into that problem.
