I'm scared . . .
to start our vacation album. I've already decided that I'm doing photo-centric pages and I'm doing it chronologically by day, and I've picked up a few templates to get started, but that's as far as I can go. I print layouts by the page and have never actually done a cohesive book. So do I use just one kit all the way through? Mix and match from several different kits? Should my 2-page spreads match? Do whatever I want and hope for the best? HELP!
Does anyone have any album examples they can link me up to???

I once did a vacation book for my mom using mostly one kit. I did mix in a couple others. Now the one I am working on for my vacation, I am doing 2 page spreads. The first one was really cohesive and pretty. I haven't finished the second one yet, so not as sure.

I've done it all... different kits per double spread, whatever matched the photos/activities we did that day... used the same kit through the whole book... did double pages, did single pages - but used the same kit or similar colored kits for the double pages... there is no right or wrong way... lol! I wish I could link you up... but all my vacation albums since 2009 are only 1/2 done...
