Default Help please!

I accidentially just permanetly deleted all of my full sized copies of my layouts and my psd files. I am trying to stay positive because at least it was not my pictures... but I may still be in shock.

Any way my question is... when I go to print my pages is it going to be ok to upload 600x600 files and print 8x8 pages or is it going to look horrible? Does anyone know?

Thanks in advance!!

My gut feeling would be no, you're not gonna want to print those files that big.

I'm with Col, probably not. Are you sure they are permanently gone? I thought a long time ago there was a program out there that you could use on websized graphics called alienware or something like that....maybe you could do some googling!!!

I'm so sorry Coila!!!!

I don't know about the programs. I accidentally said yes to permanetly deleting my files. I didn't think there was a way to undo permanent... I will do some googling and see if there is anything out there though... Thanks girls

Hubby said "ontrack" and "drivesavers" may offer remote recovery. Nothing permanent is TRULY permanent.

He did say TURN the machine off, don't even shut down, JUST push the OFF button, any memory you use reduces the chances of getting it back....and look online (another PC) for independent computer repair geeks (hehe) DO NOT go with computer nerds (they may be ok) or geek squad (definite NO).

Hubby has managed to get pictures deleted and reformated memory card so it's definitely possible.

Let us know if you can't get help. He said we (HE) can post detailed instructions on how you can do yourself on my blog.

Well I guess I backed up more than I thought I had. Which is good. I still lost some that I really loved but I am so stubborn I probably will rescrap them. I am bummed because I know I lost kits too... I just dont know which ones! I dont think I am going to try to remember too hard and depress myself though. Thanks for the hugs girls... they are definitely needed today

Priscilla, I downloaded some software and was able to recover a few kits and a couple of my pages. I wish I would have read your response first Thank you for the help though!!

What about doing a system restore to before you deleted?
