Default Is anyone else...

... a sucker for pretty kits, even when you don't have anything to scrap with them?

There's so much gorgeous stuff hitting the shop every week and you know, sometimes you've just got to have it right? I reckon I've only used about two-thirds of the kits I've bought. The things that get me in most are:

Pretty colours, elements, etc - but I only have boys to scrap
Outdoorsy themed (KCB and Jenn Barrette especially - I'll buy anything they make!)
Anything boy-ish - I'm bound to use it one day (or so I tell myself)
Seasonal, especially summer kits - even if its the opposite season on my side of the world, summer will come around eventually
Christmas kits - I really only need one or two a year but they all look so good

Anyone else as bad as me??

Ha! Kim, I don't think there are any themes you've missed there. I think the whole store would fit into that criteria!

I'm definitely a sucker for pretty things. Having 2 daughters, any girly themed kit is a must. I also love anything that has really great flowers & foliage, so summer & outdoorsy kits are another fav. I'm also quite partial to templates - busy, plain, unique - I love them all. Our SSD designers are so talented, they make any theme look good, so I often end up loving kits I wouldn't normally think I'd use.

Budget-wise its probably a good thing I don't have daughters, otherwise I would be buying the whole store!!

I am totally a "kit collector". If I love the colors, or the theme is too good to pass up on, I have to add it to my collection. I figure there are worse vices to have. lol

Same here!
I have a weakness for Halloween kits. Halloween isn't even a 'big thing' around here.
And I love outdoors and Christmas kits too. I have more of these type of kits than I can ever use!

At least you've used two-thirds of what you own. LOL.

I just appear to be collecting kits. I've barely scrapped in the last two years.

I'm a sucker for theme kits. And Americana/red, white & blue kits, don't get me started! I have more than one person could possibly need and yet I just added Melissa's to my cart this morning.

I am a template hoarder. I only buy the kits I know I will use. Which are normally boy kits. I have a five year old and a almost eight month old both boys Out of eight grandchildren. There is only ONE girl!

I think 2/3 is a great percentage of kits used. I probably use only 1/3 of what I buy. I can't stop it. I have a boy and a girl, so everything that comes along I think I'll have photos for it eventually.

I take so many more photos since I started this hobby, so I will have photos to use for a kit, not the other way round.

Agree! I definitely haven't used 2/3 of my purchases! I wish I could say I have

Yup, here too. I buy boy kits even though I don't have boys. I have more halloween kits than I know what to do with them. I can't stop myself. I can not resist any sort of rainbow and Cindys templates are a big weakness for me. At least digital kits are cheap... so I'm with Jenn, there are worse vices to have, some I even have myself LOL. Of course now that I'm getting more into hybrid I have been shopping all over the place for paper supplies and embellishments too.

I'm a sucker for boy kits!!!! And travel! And Fall. I LOVE fall colors! I do use a good percentage of what I own at least ONCE. Plus I mix in older kits with newer ones a lot!

LOL, me, too. I end up buying a lot during the winter sales (DSD, Black Friday, and the birthday sale). Then I slow back down and eventually do scrap with most of it. But the kits here are so big that after all these years of shopping and CTing, I could scrap several years worth of photos without ever shopping again. I won't though! It's too much fun to scrap with all the new stuff being released.
