Is PSE going away?

So I got this promotional email from Adobe about Creative Cloud and getting PS + Lightroom at 9.99 per month. I did some browsing on Adobe's website to find our more about it. When I clicked on Products to see the whole family of Adobe products, Photoshop Elements is not there.... is PSE going away?

Does this mean I will need to switch to PS in order to get the most recent version of the software? Did anyone join the cloud yet?

It probably linked you to what was available in the the Creative Cloud and PSE is not, so it wouldn't be there.

Yeah - PSE isn't part of the Creative Cloud suite of products, but it's not going anywhere.

They don't make it really easy to find, for sure.

I have used PSE for years-- since version 4, I think-- but I recently took the leap to PS (and Lightroom) in the cloud for $9.99 a month. I've already gotten one upgrade, so I'm thinking it's going to be worth it in the long term (and PS can do so many amazing things, particularly with shadows!).
