I think I have Walking Pneumonia :(
I've had this rattlyrific cough in my lungs for about 2 months now
 I thought it was allergies but it's not clearing up at all. Of course all the local med clinics don't take my insurance and I have no primary care doctor so getting seen is going to be a bi0tch /whine.

Yeah we don't wanna take the babies to an ER in the middle of the night right before the 4th

do you have any affordable urgent care places? Ive had to use them in the past when I could not get into my primary care and didnt want the hours of time it takes to be seen at the local ER.

Thanks everyone...One of my lungs actually really hurts today..I've never been able to feel my lungs before. So I'm thinking about going to the ER anyway. Maybe if i go early enough it won't be so crazy.

Oh Traci, I hope you feel better soon! You definitely needs meds if it is pneumonia though, go go!

If you have more than one ER in the area call around, some have separate waiting areas for people with infants with them so the babies aren't exposed to everything in the waiting room. When the boys were tiny we drove an extra 25 minutes to go to the ER with the separate waiting room.

You've probably went already but just in case you haven't...check to see if the hospitals around you list their ER waiting time online...I know ours does (and we live in a rinky dink area!!!!) you might find that one place has a way shorter waiting time then another.

I did this morning, I have acute bronchitis with severe swelling, which is what causing so much pain. They gave me antibiotics and I should be better soon (I pray cuz I can barely move..)

Wish I lived closer so I could come over and help with the boys! Feel better soon, T!!

Being so sick in the summer is always worse! Hope you feel better soon. Did they at least hook you up with the cough meds plus painkillers so you could sleep?
