Default Is it 'Saturday' for everyone else?

I keep forgetting it's Friday because John and the kids are home. I seriously almost asked where all the new releases are. I have been sitting here with knitted brows for about 5 minutes looking on the blog and the sneak peek thread trying to find what I must've missed as to why there is nothing new in the store.

Ha ha...me too. I feel like it should be Saturday. I wish I had a 4 day weekend every wkend. This is going to be great. I can fit in everything I need to do....scrapping, food planning and shopping, garden cleanup, laundry, walking dog, housecleaning, TV watching, more scrapping, digi shopping, photo editing, more TV watching.....and sleeping in.

Nope, just a regular day here - Cheyanne did have a 1-hour delay due to ice this morning but she's at school and I'm working (well I'm on my lunch break right now )

It actually IS Saturday here. I have a 5 day weekend (4 Easter, 1 school holiday), with no plans in particular. My internal calendar is going to be completely upside down by the time I go back to work on Wednesday.

Yes, it definitely feels like a Saturday here, too, Val since DD has the day off school.

We are doing lots of Easter-y things tomorrow to make up for being sick and homebound last weekend so I'm eager for it to actually be Saturday!

Our Spring Break started today, so the kids are home, but hubby isn't. I had grand plans for getting the cleaning done in the morning so we could play in the afternoon. But, the kids' bickering sucked all the motivation out of me, so we've been being super lazy. But, I'm listening to some really good podcasts, so that's good.

I took the day off today. Monday is a holiday in Belgium (Easter Monday) and Tuesday I'm off too. So I have a very long weekend! Yay!

Nope my kids had school here too. They start spring break next Friday so I think that's why they didn't get today off.

This exactly though I've got plenty to do after being sick for two weeks.

I work Tues-Wed-Thurs so I get a 4 day weekend every week! I actually had Thursday off so have a 5 day weekend this week... didn't mess the days up in my head too much, and its nice having the kids home a few extra days.

I've been trying out new-to-me podcasts lately, and I've found some that I really like:

StoryCorps
Here's the Thing with Alec Baldwin
The New Yorker Radio Hour
The Memory Palace
Radiolab
Broadway Radio: This Week on Broadway
The Author's Voice: New Fiction from The New Yorker

Others that are in my normal rotation are:

Judge John Hodgman
Wait Wait . . . Don't Tell Me
This American Life
Serial
The Stuff of Life
The Longest Shortest Time
On Being (I love love love this one)

I have a few others that I want to try out but just haven't gotten to yet, mostly having to do with Broadway and musical theater in general.
